You fill my day with colour!!!

Well I had to do one more lol
This card is again for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. The theme for this week is Add some texture.

I've used distress oxide inks for the background and to colour the crayons. I've white embossed the crayons to give them some texture.

Stamps: Simon Says Stamp - Color & Sunshine
                                                YOU + ME
Inks: Distress Oxide Inks - spiced marmalade, picked raspberry, fossilized amber & cracked pistachio

Happy Sunday with Sunshine & Rainbows!

The sun is out! Although  it's a bit chilly it's warmer than it has been of late here in Scotland. Today I get a day off work so after all the houseworks been done I'm crafting :0)

So today's card is featuring the Sending Birthday Sunshine & Rainbows set.

Stamp set: Mama Elephant - Rain or Shine
Die: Memory Box - Splashing Puddles

I've used copics to colour the main images. Bit hard to see in the pic but to each raindrop and splash I've added some liquid glass and of course some lovely little white iridescent sequins.

Have a lovely rest of the weekend!

SSS Wednesday Challenge

Lol sorry I'm having so much fun doing the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenges that I have another one , totally different from my last one.

I covered a blank card base with a paper from a MME pad called My Girl.
I've then used an MFT die set called Peek A Boo and used 3D pads to build it up onto the patterned paper.
The images were then stamped with black ink and then I clear embossed over the ink. For me this helps the copics to not bleed so much. Then they were coloured.
I cut them out using my Scan & Cut to get a little border around them.
They were then adhered to the card using 3D pads.
And to finish off I used one of my favourite embellishments , sequins!!!

I hope the weather is better where you are as it's been raining all day here in Scotland!! But at least it's an ideal craft day.

Unity Stamp Company Blog Hop

Hi there it's that time again the Unity Stamp Company blog hop!

We have 5 new Cuddlebugs releasing. They are all available here in the Unity Stamp Company store. Now unfortunately I didn't get to make any projects with them but the other DT girls have done an amazing job on showcasing them. So just follow the list for the blog hop and you'll see them all.

I did get time however to make a page in my planner featuring the set which is being given away as a freebie with each $75 order!! And let me tell you it's a real stunner! I couldn't believe it was a freebie!
But don't worry even if you don't spend the $75 then you can buy Planner Gal for $24.

Planner Gal Kit: Unity Unies
And here is my planner page.

Don't forget the Membership kits are still available. I made two projects featuring the April KOTM and a card featuring the April Uniquely Unity kit.
Full description further down my blog.

So here's the blog hop list and don't forget to finish up with the Unity blog

There's two chances to win and the winners will be announced on the Unity blog Monday night.

Good luck!
